Each accommodation and function booking at Alexandra Park conference centre
will include catering options to suit the needs and programming of your group.
Our onsite catering team are experienced at providing quality, well presented
meals so that the food becomes a highlight of your getaway — not a source of grumbles!

We’re happy to work with you to meet any dietary requirements, including vegetarian,
vegan, coeliac, lactose free, peanut/nut free meals etc.

If your group is using Alexandra Park conference centre as an accommodation
base for exploring the local area, we can also prepare packed lunch options
so you can have food on the go.

The following menu is a sample of some of our more popular meal choices:

Breakfast

  • Continental breakfast—

    • Peaches and pears with vanilla and fruit yoghurt

Morning tea

Lunch

    • Individual pizzas with garden salad:
      vegetarian, ham and pineapple, Moroccan chicken and capsicum
    • Tropical chicken burger with salad and homemade tropical sauces
    • Individual quiche lorraine and vegetarian quiches with tossed garden salad and vinaigrette

Afternoon tea

  • Tropical fruit platter
  • tea, coffee and cordial
  • Muesli bars

Dinner

  • Tea, coffee, water with
    • Main options:
    • Spaghetti Bolognese, Greek salad and garlic bread
    • Moroccan Chicken or Tofu with jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables
    • Roast of the day with golden roasted potatoes and pumpkin, steamed vegetables and gravy
    • Vegetarian spinach and cheese pie

Dessert options:

  • Home style apple crumble and custard
  • Berry mousse with whipped cream
  • Ice cream sundae with a variety of toppings

Supper
